    The entire experience was very good. We were impressed with the structure of pick up and drop off for each day. Never were we left to fend for our self. The type of tours were a good mix of being a tourist and getting outside in the nature. Having a free morning to do an extra tour was perfect as we wanted to see the Magellan Island. The hotel quality was good or better. The Patagonia hotel was excellent. Our initial contact with visit Chile was positive. Hugo responded to every email and gave good information. Other tour companies only responded once and not ever again. It was a little nervous to put all our eggs into one basket via email only. Luckily it worked out well.
    Change the last day tour to see the penguins instead of the fort. Or make it up to the traveler. Get miore involved with TripAdvisor or note more clearly that Compana is the travel company. Give a much better list of items to pack for the excursions. The zodiac boat tour to the glacier to have better English speaking guides and to have them be more prompt with time When starting.

    Put more specific information about what you will actually do on the tour. Also, you need to tell people to book day excursions in the park in advance. We wanted to do the Grey Glacier boat trip the morning we had free in the park and of course it was completely full.
