	The website is very well done, easy to navigate, all necessary information is just one click away. Lots of interesting tours. All the tours in Easter Island were great, as were the tour guides. I have seen interesting, unique places and found out lots of useful information. Hotel Providencia in Santiago was a good choice, comfortable, in a nice area. No complaints.
	However, Rapa Nui Hotel was a bit of a disappointment, in terms of rooms and breakfast. The hotel has indeed a very good location, close to city center, and the staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate my requests.

FYI, the hotel had some major plumbing problems, massive shower leak onto the floor. This was not just in one room. You need to be more communication on just what to expect. At Easter Island we were met but had difficulty seeing a sign. Just telling us who would pick us up would be fine. (AkuAku) . I had to ask in advance just how we would be met or how we would get to the hotel, there was no communication until I asked. .

	Better communication with guests during sign up period. Don't book a 10-11 hour day for older guests. anyway, It was stunningly beautiful!!!
	We were not told that we'd be in a tent at Los Quernos. We chose to upgrade to a cabana. The water in the showers was either burning hot or freezing cold.

Gianina was FABULOUS!!!!!!! She was so efficient in replying to emails when I was organising our trip from Australia and so knowledgable to make good suggestions for our trip. Furthermore, after we had a tour cancellation In San Pedro, she was again outstanding in helping us to organise a vineyard tour in lieu of this cancelled one. She was an absolute delight to deal with and all her assistence reaally helped to make our trip fantastic. Please pass on our sincerest thanks to her and I believe she is an incredible asset to your company, I simply cannot find enough words of praise to express our grtitude.

We had three tours while on Easter Island. On Friday, February 22, we had two half-day tours with Christina (Aku Aku). She was a very good tour guide, and gave excellent commentaries in both English and Spanish. Lots of opportunities to answer questions. Please send out compliments to her!

However, on our full-day tour on Saturday February 23, our guide Sam (Aku Aku) told us that the tour would be mainly in Spanish, because there were only two english-speaking guests (myself and my wife) If you put both english and spanish tourists together, they both should get the same commentary in each language. It would be much better to have one-language tours--for example all spanish-speaking people in one tour, and all english-speaking people in a different tour.

	The good points....the guides provided spoke good English, and were knowledgeble and attentive. The weaker points..In general, excellent service for provision of airline tckets and hotels. Hotel Iorana was great!!
	On arrival, all the passangers and luggage could not fit into the mini-bus. So some passengers (including us) had to wait
