    El servicio fue de primera calidad. La elección de los hoteles la calificaría de excelente. Los tours y guías se seleccionaron adecuadamente, Destaco la puntualidad y el desenvolvimiento de los guías que en todo momento fueron corteses y desplegaron un amplio conocimiento. No tengo reclamos.

    We had a change in our plans to visit Easter Island because of flight delays but Gianina Lillo was able to contact the tour company at the last minute and make changes in our itinerary. We enjoyed the flower greeting at the airport when we arrived on Easter Island. We enjoyed two very good tours with Patrice of Aku Aku Tours. We also had a very good stay at Hotel Otai. it is in the middle of town, so very convenient to shops and restaurants. The hotel grounds are beautiful with flowers. It is clean and quiet. I'd definitely recommend VisitChile for travel arrangements. All the information was accurate, very timely, and with good value for our money.
